Prominence B - 30 Ray is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, blending style, comfort, and convenience along 30A. With your complimentary 6-seater golf cart, you can easily cruise to the beach, enjoy the resort-style pool just a minute’s walk away, or head across 30A to The Big Chill, a lively hub for outdoor dining, family movie nights, and live entertainment.
Step inside to a bright open-concept layout designed for connection. The living room offers plush seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or start your morning with coffee on the deck at the outdoor table for four. The bedding and amentities could have been more curated. Location was close to some things but not very close to the beach. Golf cart was def necessary and appreciated.

The beach access was a problem. You can either go to the right of the subdivision and find a beach access that closes at sunset. They will literally kick you out at sunset. But it’s the only one that you can actually bike or take a golf cart to that also has parking and a bathroom. Also, during peak season arrive before 10 or else they won’t even let you in. The second beach access you have to take your car or golf cart for sure. And good luck finding parking. It’s more of a drop off location and definitely not walking distance. The pools are nice so I guess it’s good for families with small children. The Chill was very nice. The listing said you get 4 bikes. One of them was broken. The other ones had locks and no code provided until end of day two (I don’t even know if that code works because we gave up). The beach chairs are awful. One was in good condition, another in okay condition, the other two..had rust falling off. I would definitely bring chairs and ask for working bikes or a discount. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need but there were fruit flies (they said they will take care of them after we left because I bought some fruit fly traps for when I was there). I personally won’t come back because we love the beach and this is not an optimal location for that. If you like the pool, or driving to the nice beaches, then this is for you!
