Inside, you’ll find warm knotty pine walls, wood trim, and cozy mountain character throughout. The living room provides a relaxing space to unwind, while the dining area features a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, with plenty of seating in the dining area for group meals.

Bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with ample closet space, and the breezeway bonus room and game room add extra areas to spread out and enjoy. For entertainment, the game room includes a telescope, chess, board games, and outdoor games for all ages.

Guests will also appreciate the central heat and A/C, Nest thermostat, and box fans in every room for year-round comfort. The home is well insulated, making it cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.

Outdoors, you’ll have access to both a front and back deck with seating, plus a propane BBQ and an outdoor fire pit (wood provided). The large lot often attracts deer, foxes, and other wildlife, giving you a true Sierra mountain experience. While the garage is not available for guest use, the driveway provides parking for up to 5 vehicles.
