    "This hotel is an absolute dream—a perfect blend of emotional comfort and luxury. Staying here felt like being deep within a lush forest, providing a truly healing experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the dining options were outstanding. The location is excellent, especially with the convenient free shuttle to Xcaret. A special shout-out to Alfredo, who was incredibly kind and guided us throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this place to families, couples, and all travelers!"

    Terasu Riviera Maya exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm, cheerful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable — just a short and scenic walk to all the Xcaret parks, which saved us a lot of time and transportation hassle. Mornings were especially memorable with the kids excited to feed the monkeys — such a fun and educational experience right on the property! Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable after long days of exploring. We were also impressed with the food at the hotel’s restaurant — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal came with top-notch service. Terasu is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, yet close to all the action. We can’t wait to return!

    Our stay at Terasu Riviera Maya was truly magical. Nestled within the lush Mayan jungle, this charming hotel offered an experience that felt both serene and adventurous. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always smiling, genuinely happy, and more than willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights for our family was feeding the monkeys in the morning — such a unique activity that the kids absolutely loved! The hotel is also just a short walk to the Xcaret parks, which made our daily outings super convenient. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had a refreshing jungle vibe. And the food? Simply excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with great service to match. I can’t recommend Terasu enough — it’s the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality.

    the staff were terrific and enjoyed their company and attention. room was very clean and new. enjoyed hand feeding the spider monkey brother and sister there. saw a giant 5’ iguana high up in a tree. spent time in the pool. super relaxing.
