The Reef at Coco Beach is a very nice resort located close enough to walk around the area and enjoy good restaurants and shopping. It is right on the beach ideal for fun in the sun. The 3 specialty restaurants are excellent and part of your all inclusive deal. My only disappointment was booking tours through the Travel Shop. There is no cancellation for any of the tours unlike with Viator or TripAdvisor. We ran into a sticky situation with the booking of one our excursions and I would recommend doing your tours through outside companies.

The all inclusive drinks were not good, the brand of alcohol was fine but all mixers like juice, simple syrup and soda all are made with some type of artificial sweetener, so all the mixed drinks have that flavor. The Italian restaurant and Mexican restaurant that is included that you have to make reservations for was very good. The food on the buffet was always old and dried out and disappointing with what they offered.
