About this house rental
Nestled in Fountain Hills, this delightful house boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with king bedrooms and 1-bedroom with a queen bed. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer. There is also a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guests will stay comfortably year-round. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The SW views from living room and patios are wonderful and memorable. Please DO NOT wear your shoes and sandles while walking on this hand made carpet, located on the main living room area. All other flooring is a brown colored ceramic 6" by various lengths. The kitchen has all the latest cooking appliances and utensils with a great outdoor BBQ with over head space shaded with counter seating. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and good quality to just enjoy and relax on.
Several golf courses are available within 20 minutes from this home. This home only 35 minutes from the PHX airport and 45 minutes from the Mesa airport. Garage is not available for use and is used for the owners possessions. The garbage container sits behind the 4' stucco wall to the left of garage as you walk down the paver walkway to the back patio and pool area. garbage must be placed out on Mondays by 10am.
The home also has a Savant stereo system throughout the entire home and pool/patio area. TV's are set up with streaming and apps via a Starlink internet. Verizon cell signal is weak and you need to connect to the wifi phone calling that is available throughout the property. If golf isn't your thing, there is a beautiful casino (We-Ko-Pa) 17 mins away. Their golf course is top notch and you need to plan ahead for tee times. You would also like the Sunridge course called the Wicked Six. Staying in this home will leave you with a memorable and relaxed experience. The name Fountain Hills comes from a water feature in the towns lake that spouts up 300-400' pperiodically during the day to early evening. Makes for a nice walk around the Lake and there are many restaurants once you are in town within walking distance of each other. If you enjoy walking nature trails.we have many around. In fact there are a couple trails you can walk too from this home. Pets are not allowed.
The salt water pool is paid by the daily use. The Heating Fee of $100/day is for for winter use only, (Let owner know if you don't need to heat pool and he will credit you this fee). This cost will keep salt water pool between 80-86 degrees each day. The pool has a 2 piece pool cover to help hold in heat. The 2 piece cover is very light and very effective in helping to hold in heat for those early morning swims.
