The room was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the elevators. They are slow and some don’t work. With the amount of people that stay there there needs be working elevators that are not slow.

I had to reach out to Rodney our first and second day and he was super responsive and very helpful! The condo had everything we needed and it was perfect for our girls of six trip. The resort was busy, but surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The experience was ok but I will not be planning to go back. There were a few frustrating things that hindered a relaxing vacation that is easily fixed.The room was nice but the check in email didn’t have the right code to get in had to call to get a code while standing outside with my whole family and luggage. Had to load all luggage by hand this place offers no carts. Then had to stand in an extremely long line to get required wrist bands and parking passes.The grounds are outdated. One of the rooms didn’t have a remote , the emergency contact told me to call the owner which just wasn’t worth all the frustration
