Featuring two bedrooms, a bunk area perfect for kids, spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with lake views, Unit 328 has everything you need for a relaxing Panama City Beach getaway. Plus, enjoy complimentary use of 4 beach chairs and an umbrella during your stay!
The space
Welcome to Laketown Wharf 328 — a bright coastal retreat in the heart of Panama City Beach, steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bunk Area: Twin-over-Twin Bunks + Twin Trundle
• Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
Sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably.
Inside the condo, you’ll find an open-concept living space, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and a private balcony with peaceful lake views and sunset skies. Conveniently located on the third floor next to the elevators, the unit offers quick and easy access throughout your stay.
For even easier beach days, complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella are included with your stay. They can be carried directly to Laketown Wharf’s private beach access located across the street at Pineapple Willy’s.
RESORT AMENITIES
Your wristbands are embedded with RFID technology and provide access to all resort amenities and private beach access. The resort registration fee is $120 plus tax and is paid directly to the resort through a secure link sent a few days before check-in.
Laketown Wharf Resort Amenities Include:
• 5 resort-style pools located throughout the property
• 2 hot tubs
• Kiddie pool & splash area
• Two-story fitness center *(currently closed for renovation; estimated completion end of March 2026, subject to change)*
• Pickleball court
• Two outdoor grilling areas
• 52,000 sq. ft. lakefront boardwalk
• Nightly lake fountain & light show (typically around 8 PM)
• Private beach access across the street at Pineapple Willy’s
• On-site dining, shopping, and entertainment
Several restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are located directly on-site, making it easy to enjoy your vacation without ever leaving the resort. Please note that some businesses and amenities are seasonal.

• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• Resort registration is required before arrival
• The resort registration fee is $120 plus tax and includes parking passes and RFID wristbands for resort amenity access

We arrived early and kelly was great about responding in a timely manner and even made sure we could check in early!
Condo was exactly as pictured! Plenty of space too! View of the lake was great and easy access to elevators or stairs and to the multiple pools! Will for sure recommend to family and friends and stay again!

The resort has everything you need on property the pools,restaurants and bars on the property good..Then being right across the street from the beach and Pineapple Willy's are great..And you are walking distance to alot of things to mini golf,go carts,arcades and if you forget something Walmart and Spirits/wine is right there....
But they need to work on elevators it's a long wait or a long walk up the stairs. DONT STAY ON HIGH FLOOR...

This property was ideal for our group! Slept 8 comfortably, and the location was outstanding! Many food options nearby and a great view of the lagoon with light show.
