The staff was very helpful and polite , they were replying very fast and they even gave us a free late check out. Was very clean and close to the city center.
We arrived very late at night and they did not had not even one bottle of water and we had to go outside to find one. The apartment is cheaply renovated and the walls were paper thin. They do not have a little sound proof making it difficult for us to sleep.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a acomodação. O apartamento tem tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para curtir suas férias. Ele fica em uma rua excelente, onde encontramos tudo: perto de metrô, shopping, mercados, restaurantes etc. O apartamento possui dois quartos, o prédio tem elevador e é bem silencioso.
Gostei de tudo.

El departamento es amplio, con habitaciones y camas muy cómodas, equipado con todo lo necesario, además estaba impecable. Tiene buena ubicación, fácilmente se puede caminar al metro y a varias atracciones turísticas pero se encuentra lo suficientemente alejado para tener tranquilidad para descansar. Destacar que el anfitrión estuvo pendiente constantemente de nuestra estadía, nos dejaron todos los datos necesarios para facilitar nuestra visita. Recomiendo 100%

Apartment is in great location, so close to restaurants and shops.
Beds are very comfortable, and shower is lovely!
Most importantly, The communication was brilliant, Carlos kept in contact to make sure we were having a nice stay, even with weather updates! And unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency at home and he was so understanding and genuinely concerned for us and even messaged days later to ask how we were, that’s what made it very special.
I couldn’t point out any issue.
