The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants' houses and cafes. São Francisco Church is known for its lavish baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings. The palatial 19th-century Palácio de Bolsa, formerly a stock market, was built to impress potential European investors.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, 24 de Agosto, is just an 11-minute walk.
Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Splendid time
: Everything is perfect. Great location, and the kitchen is remarkably well equipped.
We liked the most the space and the balcony on the south side - so the sun was there for lunch and dinner time.
It's a very convenient place with good access to shops and the city centre.

The mattress sagged very much and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. After a few days, I got backpain. Furthermore it's a little bit too small for 2 persons. The sofa is unfortunately quite uncomfortable too.
So basically we couldn't rest properly in the accommodation.
If the mattress didn't sag, I would have given 5 stars.
