Kawaramachi Grande Joy

The apartment was amazing-spacious, well appointed with nice decor, and a great location. Spotlessly clean and nice touches like free coffee and snacks. After having the family cramped into small rooms for most of our Japan trip this was luxury! Excellent communication from the host with clear instructions for self check in and parking right next door. And they kindly came round to help us operate the projector/ Nintendo switch when we couldn’t get it going. Much appreciated, it was a hit!

Nothing. It was perfect.

The convenience to the shops, the size of the apartment and the facilities and space in the apartment, everything we needed seem to be at our disposal. Plenty of USB C charging interfaces, and adapters to access even in the headboards of the downstairs beds. With only two of us and mostly being out of the apartment from early morning to late evening we never really used everything at our disposal like the Nintendo switch. The apartment was spotless and can't enough sing its praise.

There wasn't nothing we didn't like even for being in the city we slept well, it felt like one of those cities that sleeps at night. The size of the apartment was a bit spacious for just two of us, so we didn't really use the upstairs other than accessing it on the first day. When my son visited us with his future wife for 2 or 3 hours while we waited for a table reservation nearby in the city it felt a bit more balanced, and I think 4 or more people would make more use of the apartments 2 floors. While not an issue for us we did comment that the stairs are very steep and this might of presented a problem if my mother had she joined us as she might of found it difficult, but at that point we would of enquired about access. She is an unfit, 80 year old with hip and knee problems. Just something to check with the host and make sure you read the amenities.

Super comfortable and well appointed. The host was incredibly helpful. Well set up for cooking. So many thoughtful touches.

物資完善、屋主細心：正常BnB 有嘅野佢都有提供；意外驚喜係每張床床頭都有電裝及义電線；仲有耳塞提供；上層common area 有switch、projector 、電暖墊、冬天圍埋一齊玩都唔凍。 地點方便：近鐵路站及購物街；雖然無提供泊車位，但隔離就有付費停車場，價錢合理。 地方乾淨、企理、空間充足。
