Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Kleinstadt Frascati, die wir recht ansprechend fanden. Keine Touristenmassen ( jedenfalls im April ), nette Plätze und Gassen. Sehr viele Pizzerien ( unser Tipp : "Antitesi" ). Kleiner Supermarkt 2 min zufuß entfernt. Großer Supermarkt 8-10 min zufuß. Die Stadt macht einen sicheren Eindruck. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Bahnhof etwa 8 min zufuß. ( Vom Bahnhof zur Stadt gehts mehrere Treppen hoch. Mit schwerem Reisekoffer ist das eine sportliche Herausforderung !) Von Frascati fährt man mit Zug 30-40 min zum Hauptbahnhof Rom. Etwa stündlich 1 Zugverbindung. Achtung, gegen 22 Uhr ist Schluss mit Zugverbindungen ( April ). Vermieter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit, kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafräume, jeweils mit Bad. Ein Doppelbett recht groß, das zweite aus 2 Einzelbetten und sehr niedrig. Küche voll eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler, Wlan und TV funktionierten. Teilweise sehr alte Bausubstanz im positiven Sinne erkennbar. Ich denke, sogar Reste alter Wandbemalungen. Schönes Innendesign. Terrasse vorhanden, zwar nicht blickgeschützt, aber ansprechend und schön bepflanzt. Treppenhaus und Wohnung sauber. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber nicht genutzt. Bäcker / Cafés um die Ecke.
Zwischen Schlafräumen und Küche/Flur gibt es Milchglas-Schiebetüren. Optisch sehr schön, aber geräusch- und lichtdurchlässig.
Zusätzliche Handtuchsets sollten Gebühr kosten. Zu wenig Ablagefläche in den Bädern.

Appartamento eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista: posizione strategica, casa stupenda dotata di tutti i confort possibili ed immaginabili, Alice ed il marito gentilissimi e premurosi. Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Da tornare sicuramente e soprattutto lo consigliamo vivamente. Bravissimi.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, very spacious, modern, and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is decorated with great taste and attention to detail, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
The hosts were quick to respond, very warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Frascati, making it ideal for exploring the area.
I truly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely plan to come back.

"Ospitare è creare uno spazio per l’altro e dare del tempo all’altro. È condividere la propria casa e il proprio nutrimento. Più in profondità, ospitare significa fare di sé uno spazio per l’altro attraverso l’ascolto". Questo è quello che abbiamo provato durante il nostro breve soggiorno presso "La voliera di Bacco". Un appartamento in cui nulla è lasciato al caso, in cui ogni singolo accessorio è pensato per mettere a proprio agio chi vi abita. Il tocco in più sicuramente è stata la scatola piena di costruzioni lego messa a disposizione dei proprietari per il nostro piccolo... Aprire quel semplice oggetto ha aperto un mondo fantastico in cui è stato semplice sentirsi accolti e ascoltati nell' intimo.
Un luogo centrale a pochi passi dalla cattedrale e dal cuore pulsante di Frascati. Consigliatissimo!
