There was no breakfast. It had a kitchen.
The mattress on the pull-out couch was inadequate and very thin. The actual pull out couch frame was broken and the guest had to sleep sideways. Each window blind did not function as expected. Had to manually make them work.

There is a good amount of night noise, but the host provides foam ear plugs. Everything that you need is provided in a well though out manner. Great location, easy accessibility and felt like a safe area.
Just the random noise late at night, other that that perfection!
