Vibrant City Gem/99 Walk/Pike Pl/Pool/Pet/Parking

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Onsite parking included.

Too many hoops to jump through pre-check in, too many different people involved in communications which led to some inconsistencies, including auto generated messages that were inconsistent with info shared directly, and there was a long list of rules to keep track of for the apartment. I get that these are HOA driven, but might not have chosen it if I'd known about the extensive info and $250 deposit requirements up front. Ultimately the price / value ratio wasn't there. It netted out to be $420 per night and for that I could have stayed at a very nice hotel with a lot less hassle.

Good location

We loved this location. We were easily able to walk to Pike's, the waterfront, the space needle, Olympic sculpture, and restaurants. The room was comfortable.

There's some street noise from the neighborhood, but it's not too bad with the unit being up a few floors. Earplugs were provided in the nightstand if someone is sensitive. Our baby actually slept fine.

Very good location. Property is clean and spacious.

There are too many rules when staying at the property. Parking in the property is not the easiest. They advertise that late check-out is around $50-$60 per hour, but when I availed it (for 3 additional hours), they said that they will charge me for a full stay, so I end up not pushing through since it will be cheaper to just get a new hotel. You cannot leave your luggage in the reception, instead, they will point you to a paid locker facility.
