It was easy to contact the owner and she was very attentive to our needs. It was a very hot time in Seoul and the rooms only had AC in the living room. She responded by providing us 2 new fans that we set up to make the night bearable in the rooms. Place was clean and nice to be in. Host was very responsive. Nice place to stay if you want to be a bit further away from the main city. It is close to the train and bus station.
It started with the owner double booking the room intrupting out trip. They asked us to cancel so had to contact Booking,com and then the issue was partially fixed.
The owner replied that we could stay but booking said it was canceled and this was very confusing. Now there is a payment issue that booking cant fix because of AI and automated systems.
On hot days be aware that there is no AC in the bedrooms and they can get hot. Fans help but you have to leave AC on 24/7 on hot days. Bathroom feels like stepping off a space shuttle as its higher than the ground and not for tall people.
