Adult condo community, we cannot host children under 12.
Ideal for 2 couples and recently renovated, this stylish, 2-bedroom condo boasts top amenities, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer, as well as a shared pool and patio with a spacious barbeque area.
Conveniently located, it is only minutes by car or bus to town, where visitors can explore supermarkets, restaurants, great nightlife, the stunning Pez marina, and the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park and beaches.
Safe community with friendly visitors and full-time residents. Parking available.
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open living and kitchen. Small exterior patios with laundry. Common area shared pool and patio. Shared common area BBQ.
The entire unit is yours during your stay. The courtyard, pool, and BBQ are shared with other guests and owners.
Free concierge service is provided for our guests.
No unauthorized visitors are allowed in the condo community, and the hosts reserve the right to ask for proof of photo ID of all guests staying in the condo.
Please respect your neighbors when in common areas. It`s their vacation, too.

Sand is our enemy!
Please shake sand off of beach towels and clothing BEFORE entering our condo community.
When you walk through the front gate, please head directly to the outdoor shower and rinse all sand off of your body and bathing suit.
Do not enter the pool unless you have showered.
Do not track sand into the condo (shower outside before coming into the condo after being at the beach).
Please rinse off sandy clothes, bathing suits and towels in the OUTDOOR shower before bringing them into the condo or putting them in the washing machine. SAND CLOGS OUR PIPES AND DAMAGES OUR WASHER.
We beg you: save our pipes, appliances, mattresses, bedding and furniture: don`t bring sand into our condo.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit, or on community property.
No drugs of any kind are tolerated in unit or on condo community property.
We have a fragile septic system. Please do not throw paper of any kind (that includes toilet paper, tissue, feminine products, EVEN products that say `FLUSHABLE`) into the toilet. Use the bin provided.
No unauthorized guests are allowed within the condo community property; do not share entrance info with anyone outside your party.
All adult guests must provide picture-proof of
identity if asked.
