About this space
Tucked away in the jungle right off of the main road just steps from public transportation. This is a brand new build in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 4 adults with AC in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove,high speed internet, smart TVs, and security cameras. We are centrally located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio national park, 6 min. to beach by car and parking available on premises.
Expect visits from local wildlife and magical sunsets.
The space
This property is shared with an identical house next door, it is a DOWNSTAIRS unit.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. House comfortably sleeps 4 people. We are located in a private residential neighborhood with gorgeous views and lushjungle surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave andgas stove/oven. There also is an island for dining. A/C is in every area of the house. The bathroom is spacious with rain shower heads. We have high speed internet, wifi and smart tv's. Also for your peace of mind there are security cameras that only record outside spaces.
Chances are you will see our neighborhood sloth hanging in the trees in front of the in front of the house. Hummingbirds, TiTi monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, iguanas, etc.all visit our property on different occasions.
Maid service is available upon request during your stay. Angie, will also be available to do your laundry for an extra fee of $12 per load. Or there is also a local laundromat a few houses away.
Guest access
You will have full access to house and the only shared spaces /common space that are shared are the outdoor areas including shared use of the outdoor shower. Parking on premises 4 wheel drive recommended.

Our host was the most helpful and kind host. Full of suggestions and useful advice about so many things! The home was very clean, roomy, comfortable. The kitchen had most essentials but no hand towel or dish rags. If in Quepos I highly recommend this home and would stay there again!

We enjoyed our 10-day stay at Heather's place. The house felt spacious and is well situated just off the main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. If you rent a car it would be best to have an SUV or 4-wheel drive as the house is at the top of a steep hill. Local buses are reliably available at the bottom of the hill. The main road is busy and not safely walkable but you can catch a bus and hike into the more secluded beaches. (Bring your own beach towels). We are strong hikers but the walking distances provided on the site are inaccurate. For example, Playa Manuel Antonio and the park are about a 10-15 minute drive or bus away. You cannot walk there. We appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable but quite squeaky! Showers- indoor and outdoor and the air conditioning were great. If you are bothered by traffic noise, ear plugs would be helpful. If you end up in the downstairs suite, you can also clearly hear the footsteps, chairs scraping and water usage of the guests above. Heather was wonderful with good suggestions and communication.

This two bedroom unit is basically brand new. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked like a champ in both bedrooms and living area.This is minutes to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. The outside shower is a great touch for getting off the beach before going in. Great Value and I will stay there again.
