Welcome to your Jupiter getaway! This stylish 3BR/2.5BA townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and location—just minutes from beaches, golf courses, boating, and top dining spots. Enjoy a heated community pool, private 2-car driveway, and a cozy game room with fun for all ages. With spacious living areas and modern touches throughout, it`s ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing Florida escape.
This home offers a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly fun in one of Florida’s most charming coastal towns.
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
* Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Two luxurious king-size beds for ultimate relaxation
Bedroom 2: One cozy full-size bed
Bedroom 3: A fun bunk bed, great for kids or extra guests
* Bathrooms:
2.5 bathrooms, including a full master ensuite and a guest bath
* Amenities:
Access to a large 20x40 heated community pool
Private driveway with space for 2 cars
Game room for family fun and entertainment
Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area
* Location:
Only 8–10 minutes from the beach, with easy access to boating, golf, and scenic coastal spots.
Guests will receive a code to access the lockbox containing the key for entry. The private driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles. You`ll have full access to the entire townhome during your stay, with shared access to community amenities such as the heated pool and hot tub.
While I’d love to personally welcome each of our guests, I won’t be on-site during your stay. However, I’m always just a message or text away and happy to assist with anything you need throughout your visit.
Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.
Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am
4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any violation of the house rules outlined in the listing. Additionally, a $250 replacement fee will apply if the key is lost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable and respectful space for all guests.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
