After your explorations, return home to unwind on the inviting lanai, which boasts loungers, a sitting area, and a shimmering private pool. A gas grill invites cookouts at home.
Inside, multiple living areas provide plenty of room to spend time together or spread out - find TVs, various books, and even a wine fridge!
The upscale kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious vacation feasts for your group. A herringbone backsplash adds a touch of style, and high-end stainless steel appliances include a gas range and a French-door fridge.

The pool is available year-round but is unheated. It measures up to six feet deep.
The kayak and canoe are temporarily unavailable.
Garage and street parking are not available. RV/boat parking is not permitted.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had the most incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home in Tequesta! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the sleek, modern design and thoughtful upgrades throughout the entire property. Every detail—down to the high-end finishes, smart layout, and fresh, coastal-inspired decor—made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The kitchen was a showstopper, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island perfect for family breakfasts or evening cocktails. The open-concept living area flowed effortlessly into the bedrooms, all of which were stylish, cozy, and spotless.
But the real highlight? The outdoor oasis. The private pool and hot tub were absolutely pristine, surrounded by tropical landscaping that created a secluded, resort-like vibe. We spent most of our time lounging under the tiki hut, grilling out, and soaking in the Florida sunshine. It felt like our own personal paradise.
And the location couldn’t have been better—tucked into a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from some of the best dining spots in Jupiter and Tequesta. Whether we were craving fresh seafood, a local café vibe, or upscale coastal cuisine, everything was just a short drive (or even a bike ride!) away.
This home is the perfect mix of modern comfort and vacation-style relaxation. We can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class stay in Tequesta.

The house is exactly like it looks in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable. The beds and couches were great. The pool isn’t heated but it was warm enough to swim in. It has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. It needs more and better beach chairs. We loved our time there.

Great for our event. Family wedding at the Pelican club. We chose because of location and bedroom layout. Just wish it had more curb appeal. Other wise all great except the linen situation.
