We’re a fam of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. The space was more than enough for us, huge plus that there is washing machine and dryer. Laundry soap also provided. I was skeptical at first due to reviews of bad smell and molds in the bathroom so i came prepared with air freshener/purifier. But the room assigned to us is clean and no bad smell. They even had air freshener provided. The cons is the garbage. We had to take our garbage out with us everyday and find a trash bin along the way. Distance to hakata station is manageable, about 10 mins walk with kids.

This seemed to be an old apartment turned into a hotel. Check in process was quite easy. Room was decent space for 3 people with lugagges and had a full size fridge (including freezer), microwave, kettle, TV, washer and dryer, but only a small table. Toilet was a bit small but manageable. Decent for a few nights. There's only one lift that gets a bit busy during check out time. Note that they can't hold luggages before or after as it is unmanned. Location was great, within 10 mins walk to Hakata station.

Space was big, conveniently located in Hakata, 5 min walk to a major train station, self check-in, clean facilities, with nearby convenience stores. Highly recommended.

I booked 4 nights and had to cancel immediately upon entering the room and smelling black mold and finding it on the bathroom vents and the AC. While they refunded me for the remaining days, I wasn't compensated for my horrible first night. Just spend a little bit more and go somewhere else.
