Als air b and b

It was well equipped and comfortably furnished.The fridge and fan and shower were very much appreciated.

It could become stuffy at night (middle of a heat wave).Leaving the door and window open to air solved this issue.

It was warm and clean. No odour . Also the bed was comfortable

Lack of Microwave

Booked the room for parent who was visiting so knew the area. It's a pretty good location as the city centre is very expensive and at least you're close to bus stops and shops. Property seemed clean.

The address you're given is the main house and not where the actual converted garage is located, which is round the back via a close. We arrived at the address and couldn't find the promised lock box and there was no answer on the phone number provided, so we were pretty confused. Eventually, someone came out of the house and told us to go around the back, where we found the lock box OK. It's tiny. There's a narrow space between two single beds, then small desk and a shower area at the back. I'd expected a bit more spacious to be honest but luckily it was for only one night. It'd be better as a single. No towels were provided, so even though a previous guest had praised the shower, my mum couldn't use it! For Cambridge, the price seems good value but given you're a fair way out of the city and the size of the property I don't think it's great from a money perspective.
