The property was clean and comfortable. Suitable for my one night stay for a visit to Cambridge. Clear directions to the address and instructions regarding parking.

Lovely warm and welcoming property. Very clean, everything I needed for an overnight stay. Easy parking Property attached to owner’s house if any issues or needing to ask any advice (which I didn’t) Close to a Tesco to pick up some essentials. Basics already there like tea, coffee, sugar and salt. Fridge for the milk I brought. Would highly recommend this property to stay in wished I had found it for my first night. Thank you Linda

Quiet residential area and a comfy bed.

As the location is so quiet, I was initially puzzled by the fact the hosts provide ear plugs for the guests. Later I found out why, as the hosts were constantly moving around above until 1.30am. Despite me taking advantage of the ear plugs, the noise travelled into the annex loud enough to keep me awake. My recommendation to the hosts would be to go to bed earlier on nights when guests are in the annex as the sound insulation is VERY poor. Also I can’t believe that, despite several other reviews mentioning the shower head, they have not replaced it yet - it’s not an expensive update and it gives the impression that they don’t care about their property or their guests as long as they get their rental income. Whilst it’s not an expensive stay, it is only for solo travellers and you don’t get a lot for your money. Also a word of warning, don’t park in the back corner of the parking area unless you’re happy to have your car completely splattered by bird poo (it was so bad, it cost me £20 to get it cleaned off). The hosts should warn people about that.
