É um ótimo custo-benefício, não é sujo, o ventilador refresca bem o lugar e é bem legal não precisar encontrar com o proprietário para devolver a chave. Em geral é um ótimo custo-benefício para quem não quer gastar muito, não tem nenhum grande problema.
Apesar de não ser sujo, creio que tive má sorte de pegar um quarto que acabara de sair da reforma, então não estava no seu 100%; o quarto tem uma janela bem pequena, fazendo que fique úmido o ambiente e a porta do banheiro saia do trilho.
