A Bete é uma pessoa muito sensível, bastante experiente em lidar com pessoas de culturas muito diferentes. Ela busca atender cada pessoa conforme as necessidades específicas. Comigo ela foi gentil a ponto de me oferecer a opção de ficar sozinho em um quarto. Achei ótimo. Gostei dos canais de esporte na TV na área comum.
A casa é antiga. A rua é pouco movimentada mas ainda assim tem movimento de pessoas de fora do bairro. Poucas vagas para estacionar na rua. A área comum é pouco iluminada e pouco ventilada para meu gosto.

simples e usual, atendeu a necessidade de uma estadia com baixo custo. Recomendo, tbm a proprietaria Bete, muito simpatica e solicita.
Estava sem o ar condicionado, porém não foi um problema grande, pq foi apenas uma noite e havia o ventilador.
