Proximity to mall of Africa and being given late check out
Cleanliness, almost all towels we found were used and not replaced, I was not at ease because bedding in the other room also had stains that we ended up having to share a room and I was questioning if the apartment was indeed cleaned from last check out or not.
Broken chair in the room with shower only which can cut a client if not careful, the other dining room chair not balancing and can also make one fall. Serious maintenance needed as there were some observations in the sharp ends in the wadrobe on the room with shower.
