Location is perfect

We took longer than necessary to check in because reception denied knowledge about our apartment keys which they had and was annoying. Some security guards were proper rude and unhelpful. We spent 3 days without water, gross.

My interaction with Shirley was exceptional. My heartfelt gratitude to her for going above and beyond.

Clean and neat apartment Good area. Resturant are the ellise ...great food and presentation of same.

Finding our parking bay was horrifying. There was no help from security. Not in numerical order. There is no aircon or fan in the bedrooms. Very hot at night. No sofa bed as described in the app. The couch didn't open up. When we left , I got a voice note from Shirley on WhatsApp, who is either owner or manager of unit 2306. Whist washing the dishes in the sink, I accidentally nicked the coffee mug handle on the overlap granite in the sink, which cracked in half. I left it in the sink to be seen, and if there was a fee to this, I would gladly pay. We were 4 adults who didn't consume alcohol but instead indulged in the tea and coffees that were in the kitchen for use. We also had my sister and her family come for dinner at the apartment, so everyone had teas and coffee and sugar. The supply provided by the unit owner did finish. We discarded everything with the takeaway packets, etc, to keep the unit clean as there was no housekeeping over the days booked. Without any introduction to who she was, she starts off by addressing me as "You People."Accusing us of stealing the coffee, teas, and sugar. Also, accusing us of deliberately breaking her coffee cup. She also went on to say , "What kind of people are u? You no longer welcome here. Upon receipt of her voice message, i called back to clarify the issue and she answered with the same attitude still addressing me by "You People", giving me no chance to speak and cutting the call before I got a word in. My partner subsequently made contact and was given the same disrespectful treatment and question, "What kind of people are u stealing the coffees and surgar and breaking my mug?" She refused to chat and cut the call once again. Surely, the provision of the beverages is provided for usage, and in the case of hiring out an air bnb, one would expect inadvertent breakage of a glass or cup that happens without intention.
