It’s clean and cute.

The fact that I have to pay for a parking ticket to get to reception whereas I’m booked in the same property. I looked for my parking spot for a good 35-40 minutes because the parking spots are really complicated to a point where even the workers don’t know where to find your parking space, and even in struggling the security ladies and gent were very nonchalant, not friendly and just almost felt like they were forced to be there, I arrived first and ended parking at a spot allocated for me by a resident (which was his second parking) and then my partner arrived after and still struggled a bit and definitely complained about the two security ladies that were working there, that night. It almost felt as if they only serve with respect when you are white because I experienced them jumping to help the white over me, who got to the gate first. I was super frustrated by security and the parking itself. The ladies that work at the office, however, were really helpful. Another thing, the entire passage into the rooms, smell of weed so much.

It was great and relaxing.

The couch isn’t comfortable and for an executive apartment the furniture doesn’t fit the standard. The rules make you feel like a prisoner, including the threats of paying R5000 fine for music. We don’t make noise but the threats just make you uneasy, you can’t get even listen to YouTube because they emphasis on “NO MUSIC “ ; no warnings, straight to fines. I would suggest they say no loud music because it makes better sense. Lastly, the shower floods the bathroom floor.
