The procedure to park the cars, it was difficult to find the correct place to park and none was there to help us on that.

The new kitchen equipments and the clean bathroom The reception team went above and beyond with friendliness and professionalism. Namely : Tintswalo 😊 & Thandeka. I even extended my stay because of their hospitality.

The parking is a puzzle exercise

The place is convenient as it is accessible from the free way and it has shops around it especially for emergencies. It’s quiet and has tight security. The room was comfortable.

Firstly when I arrived at the hotel both receptionists couldn’t locate my booking. A lady called Wazi (sic) had nasty remarks when they called her. I struggled to open the room because of the app that is used to open the door(Room 4210). Ultimately opened but had to sleep with door unlocked because was not sure if it would open. Towels were not enough and the shower booth does not have stands for my shower gals and face washes. The room seemingly was not cleaned that day because it had other things left behind by a guest. Your codes for the gates are not working, can’t even go out. Stuck in the hotel. Wazi told me to deal with Bookings.com. She said she has nothing to do with my booking if I am struggling and I can cancel with them if I wanted to because I refused to go sleep in Sandton because the hotel in Midrand was full and will have to go to overflow.
