An email with instructions was sent whilst we were travelling, so we didn’t receive it before we reached the ‘remote’ pickup point and had to contact the fellow there. He was exceptionally helpful, but the fact is, he was inconvenienced by the lack of information we had.
Also, only one key was provided, so as I worked and my wife was in the room, it became a juggling act for her to meet my needs. Putting the key into the mailbox on our way out meant we had to be mindful that we needed the key to access the parking.
