    Staff were lovely and check‑in/check‑out was a breeze. The location is great — close to shops and plenty of places to eat. We booked a family room and appreciated having two separate rooms. Our room was 21 and there were a few issues. The shower head sprayed everywhere, and there was no curtain over the entry door, which let in a lot of light when trying to sleep. The stairwell outside the second room (where our grandchildren slept) was very noisy, with people using the stairs throughout the night. The sensor light also shone directly into the room because the curtain wasn’t sufficient. There was a comprehensive information book in the room covering local eateries and how to use the amenities, which was helpful. However, the traffic noise was constant trucks using exhaust brakes made it very loud. The photos online also showed a washing machine in the room, but this wasn’t the case. There is only one shared washing machine and dryer available on the premises. Overall, lovely staff and a convenient location, but several maintenance and noise issues impacted our stay.

    If you need somewhere reasonably priced to stay and is close to pretty much everything, then I highly recommend staying here. I stayed in the 1 bed apartment and it was clean and spacious and best of all.. the shower is amazing. If you just miss a shower not impacted by water restrictions or using those restricted flow then you’ll love this.

    Location was perfect for me being on the highway. Room was clean and fitted my needs. Located right near the middle of the cbd so great options for dinner within walking distance.

    Booked this as an overnighter on the way through It’s clean enough but old and dated On the main road so the closer to the front the louder the traffic noise Across the road from pubs/clubs so eating somewhere is convenient I’m not writing it off as it was ok but anything more than one night I’d have to think twice
