Really comfortable and had everything you needed. Lovely welcome pack also. Great location in residential area near supermarkets and main routes to all the main attractions. Bungalow was clean and spacious.

Could have done with lighter summer duvets as they are thick and heavy which will be great in winter, but way too warm in summer. Gravel frontage to the front door so but difficult to walk on if you have any significant mobility impairments. Could do with a paved path from the gate to the front door. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Lovely property - very clean and well equipped. A lovely quiet location with everything you could need for a restful location. Near to Bempton cliffs for the birds and Flamborough head as well as Bridlington.

* Very nice, spacious home. * Easy check-in and check-out. * The kitchen was extremely well equipped including condiments, dish soap, and sponges. * Dishwasher tablets and washing pods were a thoughtful bonus. * The welcome pack, along with milk and bottled water, was a lovely touch. * Lots of outdoor seating * We'd happily stay again, despite the spiders, which are obviously just part of the location and can't really be helped.

* Received a lot of messages before arrival (8), which felt excessive. * The property wasn't pram friendly due to the loose stones covering the outside areas. * Parking was at the back, but there was no back door key, meaning we had to carry the pram and kids around the house and move each child individually to the car. * The kitchen cupboards were overcrowded with dinnerware (around 60 cups/glasses/numerous plates) for a property that sleeps 4, leaving little storage space. * A full-length mirror would have been a great addition. * I wouldn't have liked having no control of the heating had we have stayed in the winter.
