Great location. Felt like a real home rather than holiday let, everything you could need and very comfortable. The large welcome pack was a lovely touch.
It wasn't clear in the instructions which parking spot was ours, so we had to make contact on arrival to double check. Just a note in the info may be useful to others.

The Briary was very clean very comfortable nice and cozy, it was just like being at home it had everything you needed. The welcome pack was very generous..

We loved everything about The Briary. The location was ideal for us - quiet but not remote - just outside Bridlington Old Town. The property itself was spotlessly clean and provided everything needed for our stay. A real credit to the owners and housekeeping team. We appreciated the welcome pack provided. Excellent communication with the host, who provided a comprehensive information pack prior to arrival. We would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly choose to stay again if visiting Bridlington.
Honestly cannot think of anything to dislike. Only thing I would mention is that the driveway is fairly narrow - not a problem for our medium sized car but larger (wider) cars may struggle.
