Cozy Studio Bella Near Wenceslas Square

The price was excellent!!! The room was perfect and very comfortable. Tv is large and the Netflix a bonus.

Air-conditioning was iffy but the fan was perfectly sufficient.

Everything!!!!!!! The thinking about the little details and even more

Nothing

Location, but quite an uphill walk from Prague Main Train Station. There was airport service provided at €25 and the driver was great and responsive. There was elevator in the building but still need to carry luggages using some stairs.

We arrived at about 5pm++ and didnt receive our code to checkin. We called the local number provided and there was no answer, apparently only available during working hours 9-5pm. We had to check in at nearby hotel for one night at a more expensive rate while waiting for the next day 9am. The property apologised as they forgot to provide us the code after 9am call the next day and arranged for a partial refund, but doesnt fully recover the cost of our additional booking and the hassle we went through. Please ensure you get the property code by 2pm of your checkin day before they finish the 5pm office hour. I've travelled to more than 30 countries and been using Booking.com for more than 15 years, I've never encountered a property missed sharing checkin instructions for a confirmed paid reservation and not able to reach out just 3 hours after check in time.
