The apartment is clean, big and airy and the location is ideal for exploring the city, however it didn't work very well for 3 of us.
There are no curtains in the second room (lounge) so our son woke early. It was very hot at the top of the building, even hotter I expect due to the heatwave, and it is accessed up 8 flights of stairs (no functioning lift.) The WiFi only works in the kitchen. The kitchen is only basically equipped. There's no microwave or tea and coffee maker as listed, and, for example, no scissors, two teaspoons, and no tall drinks glasses. It would be ideal for a couple looking to explore the city and dine out, but it didn't work very well for us as a family.

The apartment is in an excellent location—clean, spacious, and quiet. There are amenities available for you, an extra bed was made.
The staff were friendly and helpful, although we initially had some difficulty reaching them. In the end, they did respond, but it’s worth noting that you need a local phone connection to call and inform them of your arrival.
We have had a lovely stay!
The bathroom has a very strong odor coming from the drain, which is unrelated to cleanliness—the apartment itself is spotless and very well maintained. The owner clearly takes great care of the property, which makes this issue a bit unfortunate. I had seen previous comments mentioning this, but didn’t expect the smell to be quite so noticeable. If you are sensitive to odors, it may affect your stay.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is a lift available, but it is quite small and may not feel very reliable. If you are comfortable using the stairs, this shouldn’t be an issue.
