The room had everything we needed and Valerie at reception was lovely, but we were disappointed that laundry facilities were advertised but not available. We are travelling for two months so having to pay 15euro for a bag wash instead of the promised laundry was annoying.

super lovely staff, always focused on offering options for comfort and well being.. when in prague would recommend staying there.. located perfectly so you can reach everything per foot.. 10/10!! would totally book it again!

These apartments were a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff were very helpful, and the apartments were spacious. The neighborhood is a little sketchy in terms of the businesses nearby, but it felt felt very safe and is super close to Wenceslaus Square, the train station, and the National Museum.

Clean, well kept apartment that has everything one needs for a stay in Prague. Very convenient location, 10 minute walk to the main train station, about the same to Old Time Square. Priced lower than most comparable properties in Prague. Valerie was communicating clearly, timely and efficiently. Five stars all the way, I will definitely stay here again.
The only minuscule flaw is the shower door that opens into (as opposed to out of) the shower and requires you to be a bit of a contortionist. Larger sized guests might find that a bit of a challenge.
