It is not what the pictures on the app shows, it is not any where near lake Kivu, I was actually very disappointed and wanted to cancel but I checked in late.

Everything

Rats in the room at night. They should put some traps.

6 / 10Average·Sep 2026

Good location. Room is fine. Personnel is kind and willing. Great views over the city

Personnel speaks very poorly English or French: really could not order any diner. Had to go to neighboring restaurant. . Breakfast is quite basic. No mosquito net provided although very much needed
