Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Früchte, verschiedene Kuchen, Brot und auch warme Speisen. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Dusche, WC ... Alles funktioniert! Blick auf den Lake Kivu, sehr nice! Kleine Kritik: Zimmertüren schließen nur, wenn man sie versperrt, ist aber nicht so schlimm.

staff, cleanliness, location, hot shower pressure, everything was great. They've got toothpaste and toothbrush, which was great as well. ホットシャワーの水圧が抜群でした！ 旅用の小さい歯磨き粉と歯ブラシがついていたこともとても嬉しかった。

meals(dinner, breakfast) were served very slowly.

The staff were all amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was very clean, the towels and sheets smelled really nice and fresh. They provided a toothbrush and toothpaste which I’ve never seen in hotels in Rwanda so far. When I was leaving somebody cleaned my car, I didn’t ask for this but it was a really nice gesture. Breakfast was buffet style and omelettes were made to order. I only had fruit but it was fresh and delicious.

The photos on here are very different from the reality. To be clear, the reality is fine but guests are only going to be disappointed if they’re expecting what they are shown and then not presented with it. The lovely manager allowed me to choose my room but none of them looked like the photos advertised. The walls are very very thin, at night you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms but as long as you put in earplugs before you go to sleep you should be fine. It gets quite hot at night and there are no nets on the windows or a fan so it was a little difficult to sleep.
