Die Ausstattung im Jugendstil ist toll. Auch sonst, war in der Wohnung eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar für den Kaffee am Morgen wurde gesorgt ( Kapselmaschine incl. Kapseln). Auch immer Sommer ( waren bei 30Grad) ist es angenehm. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist klasse, so dass man schnell in der Stadt ist oder am Punkt von Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Man muss bedenken, daß es sich um eine Jugendstil- Villa handelt, d.h. der Boden ist aus Echtholz und knarzt. Der nächtliche Badezimmerbesuch ist daher laut. Die Rollos im Wintergarten gingen zwar einfach runter aber fast nicht mehr nach oben- Reperatur von nöten.

Utmerket beliggenhet, masse rom, veldig komfortabelt, har alt som trenges. Veldig rolig og koselig distrikt, veldig grønn, utrolig rik og lekkert arkitekturmessig. Lett kommunikasjon med veldig hyggelige verter.
Parkering kan bli utfordring, spesiell på kveld.
