Emplacement idéal car à 5 mn de la plage de Pontaillac et des commerces. Par ailleurs, mon fils, ma belle-fille et mes 2 petits enfants étant au camping à côté, j'ai pu également m'y rendre à pieds. L'arrêt de bus ligne 1 étant devant l'immeuble, je les ai rejoint en bus à Royan ; eux se déplaçant à vélo. J'ai apprécié l'amabilité de la gardienne.
Je n'ai utilisé que le four et en mode micro-ondes. Cependant, peut-être qu'un mode d'emploi succinct écrit serait utile pour des personnes qui prendront davantage leurs repas sur place. Idem pour la machine à laver....
