Well presented to a high standard in comfort, function, convenience & style. Literally, the quintessential english country chocolate box image of a thatched cottage in a quiet Devon village of equally impressive & nostalgic cottages of a bygone era lovingly restored. Walkable distances to friendly local country pubs, places of interest, close to beaches, coastal walks, country lanes. Quiet location with only the odd passing cyclists, horses, walkers or vehicles. Roof garden gives a south facing open space to relax, look out over fields, woods & village church, to watch & listen to nature... peaceful, perfect spot!

I had to leave. It wasn't my own home. My experience of pretending it was my own little but very spacious thatched country cottage had to end and the return to reality.

Beautiful thatched cottage within walking distance of the beach and two pubs. Excellent walks straight from the front door and a good view from the garden.

There is no parking attached to the cottage, but there is plenty on-street a short walk away. So this was not actually a problem.
