Aqua House Goyambokka

My best stay in Sri Lanka where I traveled for 7 weeks and stayed in numerous places so I am in a good position to compare. Exceptionally clean accomodation. It is new and everything works well. Facilities are good and include kettle, fresh milk, fridge, good shower with plentiful hot water on demand, good working AC, extremely comfortable large bed. Thushara the manager/owner is very helpful and responsive with any queries. I liked this place so much I extended my stay by 6 nights. The accommodation is a short walk from Goyambokka beach which is beautiful and not overly touristy but enough infrastructure to spend the day and eat/drink well. Lots of great restaurants and activities also in the area.

I liked everything and cannot fault this place.

What a beautiful clean new place to stay. Great location not far from the beach. Thushara and his family are super sweet hosts offering impeccable service. I even extended my 3 night stay to 5 because I was so comfortable there.

That I didn't have the time to stay longer

Everything! I wanted to live in this place. Everything is super fresh&new. Superclean, amazing bed, hot shower, fridge&safe, space to hang your clothes. Laundry can be done and tuktuk or any activity can be booked with them. They arranged a tuktuk for me to Mulgirigala which was incredibly beautifull. Thushara and tharka were incredibly helpfull and always around if you needed. It was 5min walk to the beach was so beautifull, safe to walk at night alone so you can have a nice dinner on the beach and still walk back after.
