This renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront townhouse condominium is the perfect beach vacation getaway. Nestled on the south end of South Fletcher, it is quiet and conveniently located to shopping and some great bike paths on the island. Spacious, the townhome features multi-level living, allowing everyone to explore their own special part of the condominium.
The main level has an oceanfront view, allowing you to walk out onto the covered porch and take in the salty ocean air. The kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances. While you are entertaining in the kitchen, you still have a view of the ocean.
The second level features a master bedroom that is oceanfront with a private balcony. Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, by far the best view of the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private ensuite bath. Also on this level is an additional bedroom with a King bed on the street side and a guest bath.
Travel to the third level; you will find the 3rd bedroom, which has an ocean view and bedding for a King and 2 twins.
The condo has 4 TVs that are located in the living room, Master Bedroom, Guest bedroom, and 3rd-level bedroom for your enjoyment. If needing to conduct business or stream, WIFI is provided.
