Beachfront Family Condo w/ Pool, Fishing, and Pier Access | Amelia by the Sea
Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before.
Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free.

Amelia by the Sea, Unit 552, is a 3 bedroom, 2-bath unit on the fifth floor which has an unobstructed view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This unit provides a feeling of elegance with modern furniture combined with just the right touch of antiques. The furnishings provide a comfortable haven away from home.
The kitchen has modern appliances and cabinets, perfect for dining with your family and friends while on vacation. The living room and bedrooms each have a TV for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a King bed and a TV, but most of all, it has A Direct Ocean View.
All units at Amelia by the Sea have a direct ocean breeze blowing across the balcony and this unit is certainly no exception. You have a table and four chairs here for your comfort while you enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or dinner, or you just listen to the sound of the surf and seagulls as you watch the sunrise.
The 800 ft fishing pier is available to our guests and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, has been completely redone and is now glistening in the sun ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first-come basis.
Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.
