This renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is on the 3rd floor at Amelia Landings and accommodates up to 4 people.   The master bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath, and as a bonus feature, you can walk out on your porch from the master bedroom or living room. The guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, with the convenience of the second bath being located in the hall by this bedroom.  Enjoy an open floor plan for your living room and dining room where the Living room features a Smart TV for your entertainment.  The private porch is open, with no screens, so you can take advantage of the fresh air and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets that Amelia Island has to offer.
Please be advised that construction will begin on June 29th in Unit 9B within the complex. The project will start with repairs to the floor trusses, followed by interior renovations. Work is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, weather and scheduling permitting.
Construction hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there may be increased noise and activity in the area. Additionally, parking near Building 1 may be temporarily affected due to contractor vehicles and equipment. We are sharing this information for your awareness, as it may impact your visit or stay at the property.
