The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. The second bathroom is located right outside of this room. Open floor plan for your living room and dining room. The best part of the condo is the fully screened-in balcony. This is perfect for your sunsets and sunrises, or just grab a book and relax!
Please be advised that construction will begin on June 29th in Unit 9B within the complex. The project will start with repairs to the floor trusses, followed by interior renovations. Work is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, weather and scheduling permitting.
Construction hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there may be increased noise and activity in the area. Additionally, parking near Building 1 may be temporarily affected due to contractor vehicles and equipment.
