Everything was perfect, so homely like and a brilliant host to give everything we needed.

Nothing to fault

Apartment was great and clean and spacious, everything we wanted is there, cooker fridge freezer microwave etc etc .

The location was great.

It was all good.

The flat was modern and clean, located within walking distance of the city centre.

When arriving, myself and my family were confronted by a security man claiming to work at the building and offering to show us to our flat, including asking us lots of personal questions. It turns out he was not telling the truth and was actually a security man from the neighbouring building site, based in a porter cabin next to the underground car park. Later in the evening when my daughter and I went out, we had a very scary experience where he approached us, in a predatory way, and followed us to the front door. Luckily other people appeared so he backed off. The problem with his apartment is that whilst it’s close to the city centre, it is surrounded by abandoned buildings and building sites which attract a lot of people who look like they’re up to no good. I reported this man to the management company and was told I would have a response back, but never did. Similarly, I reported to the managers that the WiFi wasn’t working, and my daughter had to use her mobile data as a hotspot so we could watch the TV, as it’s all apps. I reported this to the company on Saturday evening and wouldn’t have had a response if it wasn’t for me calling on Monday to report the dangerous individual lurking in the basement. I would not advise any woman to stay here and furthermore, the response from the owners is extremely poor. Clearly they are more concerned about money than customer satisfaction and safety.
