Solo traveler, I stayed here 1 night on 5/31/26. I picked this place for the location and for someplace quiet. This is a room in a house that the landlord is living in. The landlord was kind. Self check-in. Clean, simple room. Quiet house. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Access to refrigerator. Clean shared bathroom. There is a bus route to the house from downtown Atlanta. I slept well and it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay here again? Yes.

One of the reviews mentioned the cameras as being a negative thing. I think the presence cameras are valid and I didn't really pay them any attention. It's similar to staying in a hotel, there are cameras as part of the security. They weren't very obvious and most of the time, forgot that they were there. I had adequate linen, including blankets and pillow, during my stay. The bathroom was also stocked with toilet paper. So, you do not need to bring your own toilet paper, contrary to what another review says. What I would suggest for anyone who makes a reservation, I would reach out to the landlord/host the day prior to your check-in date for the self check-in instructions. I received my instructions 2 hours before my check-in time. A little too close for my comfort level. For a moment, I wasn't sure if I had a place to stay that night, but it worked out. A minor issue for an overall good stay.

This was basically a room in a house. Fortunately, no one else was home and no other lodgers had rented a room, which made this residence comfortable. The house had a full kitchen, living room , and a beautiful desk. The bedroom was basic.

The house had two cameras as far as I could tell. One covered the upstairs hallway and was pointed at the bathroom at then end of the hall. Theoretically, anytime I left my room I was on camera. The other camera covered the lower part of the house, except for the far reaches of the kitchen. I was unaware of any other camera's. I recommend that you bring your own pillows, towels, and toilet paper.
