Cons: - A month and 1/2 after booking the host was urging me to cancel my booking for an unspecified reason. I did not respond. Another week goes by and they urge me again to cancel. I’m thinking if you are unable to host a guest then you can cancel on your end. I was going to get booking customer service involved if need be. I have a strong feeling that the host wanted me to cancel so they could repost their listing at an increased rate due to the fact that the Usher Raymond & Chris Brown concert was happening this weekend. They did not want to get dinged by the booking site for canceling my reservation. Another week goes by and they contact me letting me know that the issue has been resolved. the location of the unit in the building. It’s apartment style so you can hear the upstairs neighbor all day and night after hours stomping, also sounds like they are moving furniture. It’s ridiculously loud. Which I understand is out of the host’s control but should be noted for guest 1st night of my stay I heard a loud bang on the door. Genuinely sound like someone kicked the door at 2am. With this being said just know that you will not be off sound asleep I did not like the fact that a maintenance service needed to take place during my stay Needed a better cleaning job.
