It was clean and comfortable

The tub was my only issue

2 - on site restaurant is currently closed. You have to walk or drive to get food. NY pizza 4 hotels down was 11/10. Dont get the fat boys food across the street. Cleanliness 7 - there was hair in the bathtub. We cleaned the tub ourselves. Communication 5 - we were told we could get extra towels same day. They were never delivered. We were then told only 8 come with the room and we can use the laundry facility on site to wash the towels that were given. The bed was decent. Its personal preference if you like a firm/soft mattress. Location 10 - close to everything, amazing beach access. Convenience 6 - the garage elevator for parking is separate from the hotel elevator to access your room but parking was sufficient. Only 3 elevators to access your floor so move in and move out elevator traffic was a small issue. Waited 10 minutes one time to get to the G floor. But parking access was a 10. Great hotel for adults and the beach wasnt as packed like it would be more north of Myrtle beach. I found a leak under the sink. The bowl was full of water. Thankfully i found it before we had a huge puddle in the kitchen. I asked for it to be fixed for the next guest since we were leaving next day.(Pic included) Overall rating 7. Honestly I would book again in the future.

The pool was super clean and it leads straight to the beach. The room was super nice. Location was great

The bed was little firm for my liking but that’s just me.

location is great cause it’s not in a noisy neighborhood, but it’s right in front of the beach! The place is amazing, spacious and clean, loved the bedroom and the windows, so much natural light.

couldn’t figure out the air conditioning and it would get a little too cold sometimes but very minor discomfort.
