The place itself was nice.

This is about the rental company and Booking.com. They offered me an extra night on discount. I went through the proper channels to secure the night. Booking.com claimed that even though something was wrong with the system, I could be assured that everything was in order. The next day I get ready to leave the room, I close the door and the code doesn't work. Thank goodness my girlfriend was still inside. I call the rental company, they say that they didn't have an indication of an extra night. They tell me to call Booking.com. I call them and they say they'll talk to the rental company. They call me back and say rhat even though the room is available, I still wouldn't be able to stay and I should leave immediately. I'm an top-tier Genius customer on Booking.com and I feel that they was treating the situation as if I was trying to squat or cheat them for an extra night. I don't appreciate it and needless to say that any room involving that rental company, I will not touch with a ten foot pole. Booking.com, you're on notice as well. Do better!
