We were greeted and shown to our room by the night-time receptionist, who explained everything to us, even though we arrived quite late. I liked the decor and artistic design of the interiors. The rooms were well furnished with high quality furniture, toiletries and kitchen crockery and cutlery. A very effective Dyson fan was provided, which helped us to sleep during the heatwave. We enjoyed the views from the 32nd floor, the roof terrace and the airconditioned reception lounge.
It would have been perfect if we could have had air-conditioning in the apartment, but at least we could open the windows and there was a fan.

Oh my gosh. Everything. Just everything, The Eades has ruined us for everything else.
Having 24-hour coworking downstairs a huge plus, made our 1-br that much bigger. Great gym, clever rental closet for vacuum and other items, all products and decoration beautiful and quality. Views for miles. Really thoughtfully designed.
Lots of young folks and families, diverse mix in the building. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Can we live there please?
32nd floor did not have A/C and that was a bit concerning. We weren't there for the heatwave and figured out how to use blinds, window, and fan to keep pretty cool, but do wonder what it's like when it gets above 30C...

The hosts were very welcoming and were always available to support with any queries I may have had. The location of The Eades is great with easy access to transport links, supermarkets and places to eat and the property itself is beautiful - clean rooms and fantastic amenities. Residents at The Eades are also friendly, which supported a great vibe and feeling of friendliness.

The staff were great. Very professional, friendly and always willing to help with any questions.
The apartment was beautiful & cean with great amenities available within the building.
The location is also perfect, with easy access to buses, the tube & overground trains to get into the West End & The City. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
This is more of a recommendation - some guests, like myself may stay longer than a couple of days. The apartment could therefore do with being equipped with a hoover/dustpan & brush.
