Apartment was very nice and well equipped: really good design, high quality materials and facilities. Very clean, all the kitchen and house amenities were there - electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, A/C, fridge all in very good conditions. It wasn't very large but well designed for 1-2 people to feel comfortable (it's not a family apartment). You can easily spend there a day or a month. Location is perfect and ultra central (next to the Rondo ONZ) which also means some noise from the traffic but with closed windows it was completely fine. Lots of shops and food places nearby (including a pizzeria and an American style BBQ in the same building), public transport is ideal (windows are literally overlooking an underground station) as well as shops. Walking distance to the railway station and Zlote Tarasy shopping mall. Personally, this is the ideal place to stay in Warsaw if you want to experience the city life. Bear in mind the perishable items (like soap, washing up liquid, toilet paper, a bit of tea/coffee) are provided as a starter pack (which is reasonable and nice), for a longer stay you'd need to do some shopping.

My number 1 problem was lack of Internet access for 3 days (and solving it was handled pretty poorly). Reason was completely avoidable: someone forgot to pay the ISP bill. To be fair I received a partial refund, but the uncertainty of "will I be able to work tomorrow or will have to keep spending money (roaming charges!) on flaky mobile data or jog between cafes to use their complimentary WiFi" ruined half of the trip for me. Since day 2 of the ordeal communication with the hosts also got worse and worse. If you were there just for tourism that would've been fine, unfortunately I specifically rented this place with remote work in mind so that was a big deal for me. Also, the TV works only with streaming services so lack of WiFi turned it off for 3 days too. Other than that only minor issues, like curtains which I had to re-hang to operate them and not very clear instructions on where to dispose of rubbish (saying "the opposite building" isn't very clear when there are 2 of them with no signage at all).

Very clean, new, comfortable apartment, very pretty interior and great location.

Lift was broken during our stay, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell from the shower drain, all the cleaning supplies were empty and there was no laundry pods.

Non è una critica ma consigliamo di attenzionare pulizia doccia, sostituzione asciugacapelli, biancheria bagno ( per soggiorno lungo almeno 2 teli viso e qualche saponetta in più) Si consiglia un supporto/mensola per appoggio prodotti linea cortesia all'interno della doccia. Due guanciali in aggiunta
