The location it was clean and cosy felt like home,

The property was fully equipped for a family of 4! Great location and included parking was a huge plus!

Everything seemed hard. I realised you needed ID to pick up keys but you also needed a code. To park the car we were given a street. The parking building had no exterior sign to identify it as Wrap.
We were a couple staying who had different events on but there was only one set of keys. This was a hassle.
Wrap Reception did not want to know us because we had booked through Booking.com not their site. In fact the receptionist I spoke to was rude.
The internet was disconnected for most of our stay.
The lifts were extremely slow on departure.
Paying the deposit/bond from NZ & getting the refund was agonising complicated.
I felt our host was trying to make it work but never quite got there.
