Location , location , location and the view is simply spectacular... the apartment was generally ok but could be much better presented .... although the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

International roast coffee just does not cut it, unfortunately.... no milk supplied for tea or coffee ..... lots of miscellaneous broken stuff stored in the bedroom cupboards.... venicion blinds are a mess and broken and an eye sore .... blind completely missing off one of the windows in the front bedroom , so lots of light in the room at night ..... no face washers supplied at all ... only 1 hand towel supplied for 3 guests ( 2 nights ) .... only 1 bin in the kitchen ( none in the bathroom ..... only one set of keys , not good if the guests want to do something different to each other on any given day or night .... the batteries in the aircon remote were flat ( had to buy some myself ) and the checkout was a disaster , got told to leave the keys in the unit ( so we did ) but then couldn't get the elevator to the carpark floor and once we got the doorman to fob us up to the right floor , then we couldn't exit the carpark without the garage opener ( that was left in the room , as requested to ) ..... the checkout process needs to be much more clearly explained, and the keys should be able to be left with the concierge ( to make the process easier for the guests ) Overall, all these things are easily fixed and would make for a much better stay , small details mean alot and get people coming back.

Instructions of checking out were not clear. Could not get off on floor 5 and get out of carpark without swipe. Should say leave key at reception not in room when leaving.
